Scott Headley is a high-impact operations leader and consultant with a dynamic, three-decade career focused on restoring profitability, elevating operational efficiency, and implementing transformative improvements in diverse manufacturing environments. As the co-owner of Lodestar Consulting, LLC, Scott specializes in operational turnarounds, process optimization, and strategic guidance for manufacturing firms. His approach is rooted in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, project management, process improvement and operations management which he leverages to build sustainable growth frameworks tailored to each client’s unique needs.
At Lodestar Consulting, Scott has led several high-profile projects with substantial operational outcomes. His portfolio includes setting up a rapid recovery protocol for an automotive technology client facing an industry audit failure, requiring close coordination of multiple disciplines under a tight timeline. Scott’s expertise in designing robust operational frameworks led to the establishment of a Design for Manufacturing/Assembly process providing a streamlined engineering approach that integrates seamlessly with production capabilities. Scott’s ability to diagnose production bottlenecks and increase throughput was further demonstrated when he successfully de-bottlenecked a large-scale spot-welding line, significantly improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) translating into heightened operational capacity and profitability. With over 30 years of leadership experience helping companies exceed their goals and maximize profits, Jamie can help guide your organization to success. She has held numerous leadership roles as an operations executive serving as the VP of Operations for Art.com and Director of Supply Chain for Catalent Pharma Solutions as well as other manufacturing operations. She continued to expand her career by starting her own dementia consulting business, Dementia Services Group, helping families and training care providers to improve the quality of life for those with cognitive impairment. Jamie has spent several years in business development roles providing solutions for organizations. She has most recently been retained as a fractional EOS Integrator and COO.
